Marie LePage is the co-owner of MarKei Photo & Video located in Columbia Heights. Marie began teaching herself photography in 2010 and shortly thereafter started MarKei. You can see her work at www.markeiphoto.com. She volunteers in the Columbia Heights community photographing events and sharing with the community at large. She is passionate about photography as it is a vehicle for her to capture & create how she sees and feels about the world around her. Photography, for her, is a intrapersonal practice and less of a performance. She loves helping others see & capture the beauty around them in ways that feel right for them.
